An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join an established Corporate team in London, working across a broad range of M&A transactions.
The role
The successful candidate will advise on a varied mix of corporate matters, including:
- Public and private M&A transactions
- Domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals
- Transactions involving listed businesses, international organisations and financial sponsors
- Drafting and negotiating a range of corporate documentation
- Managing transactions through the various stages of a deal
- Working closely with clients and colleagues across different practice areas and jurisdictions

About you
We are interested in hearing from Corporate lawyers with:
- Approximately 2-4 years' PQE, although candidates outside this range are also encouraged to apply
- Experience advising on M&A transactions
- A solid grounding in corporate law gained within private practice
- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
- The ability to manage matters effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team
