We’re working with a leading international law firm looking to add a Corporate Associate at around 2–4 PQE to its London team.
This is a strong opportunity for someone coming from a well-regarded corporate practice who wants to remain involved in high-quality, sophisticated transactional work, while joining a team offering a genuinely broad mix of M&A and corporate matters.
The team advises UK and international clients across a range of sectors, with work spanning private M&A, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, reorganisations, and wider strategic corporate matters.
The Role
You’ll work closely with partners and senior lawyers on transactions including:
- UK and cross-border M&A
- Private acquisitions and disposals
- Joint ventures and strategic investments
- Corporate reorganisations and restructurings
- General corporate advisory matters
- Multi-jurisdictional transactions involving colleagues across the firm’s international network

The Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is approximately 2–4 PQE
- Has trained and qualified with a strong UK or international law firm
- Has solid Corporate / M&A experience
- Has experience of running or taking significant responsibility for transactional workstreams
- Is comfortable working on complex, multi-party and cross-border matters
- Has strong academics and technical ability
- Is looking for a long-term opportunity within an established international corporate practice

Private M&A experience is particularly relevant, although candidates with a broader high-quality corporate background are encouraged to get in touch.
