We’re working with a growing bank looking to strengthen its Corporate and Structured Finance presence across the East Midlands.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced banking or finance professional to help build and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, using their own network to generate new lending opportunities.
They’re open to candidates from Corporate/Leveraged Finance and Structured Finance, but would also consider strong individuals moving across from Debt Advisory, Deal Advisory or Transaction Services.
You’ll need strong technical and financial skills, together with the ability to build relationships and originate new business from your own network.

The Role
- Originate new corporate, leveraged and structured finance opportunities across the East Midlands.
- Build relationships with corporates, sponsors, advisers and professional intermediaries.
- Structure and deliver senior debt solutions, including acquisition and leveraged finance.
- Analyse financials, assess transactions and prepare high-quality credit papers.
- Develop and grow your own portfolio of clients.
- Raise the Bank’s profile across the East Midlands market.
What They’re Looking For
- Strong corporate, leveraged, structured finance or transaction experience.
- Excellent financial analysis, modelling and credit skills.
- Experience with sponsor and/or non-sponsor transactions.
- A strong East Midlands network and proven ability to generate new business.
- Candidates from Debt Advisory, Deal Advisory or Transaction Services will also be considered where they have strong technical skills and a genuine appetite for origination.
