About the Role

The Corporate Solutions Bancassurance Sales Executive strives to generate new business and renewal growth premium for our Company from the sale of Group Insurance products including but not limited to Employee Benefits (EB) such as health and medical insurance packaged and customized plans, HMOs and Credit Line products through the Company’s established distribution channels. The CS BSE can also generate Individual Voluntary Solutions (IVS) sales thru worksite and financial literacy engagements with existing and prospective EB clients and other activities.

  • Solicit new business leads from Business Banking Group (Business Sales Officer) and Institutional Banking Group (Relationship Manager) and other assigned bank partners, who caters SMEs, Large/ Top Corporations and Multinationals, as an outcome of relationship building.
  • Comply to sales process, KYC and onboarding mandatory requirements during product presentation and closing of new business account.
  • Adhere to renewal process and due diligence when offering additional and/or improvement of benefits during renewal period. This includes cross sell and/or upsell for a comprehensive benefit plan for the customer.
  • Handle after sales of closed or assigned accounts including employee list adjustment throughout the policy year.
  • Build, maintain, and improve relationship with the BPI Corporate/ Business Banking partners and other distribution channels identified by our organization, and with new and current client portfolio.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports in a timely manner.
