The Role
The Corporate Benefits Strategy Lead is responsible for positioning eMigr8 Business as a corporate employee benefit. The insight here is straightforward: companies that employ or want to employ international talent are increasingly looking for mobility and immigration support as a structured benefit, not a one-off project.
You build the business case, commercial framework, and market positioning that gets eMigr8 Business bought and deployed as part of an employer's benefits stack. You understand how employee benefits decisions are made, who makes them, and what makes a benefit sticky for employees and compelling for employers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You
You have 8 or more years in employee benefits, HR consulting, or corporate compensation strategy. You have worked with employers who are thinking carefully about how to differentiate their total reward package and attract globally mobile talent.
You're a fit if you bring:
- Deep understanding of how employers buy, bundle, and manage employee benefits
- Experience designing benefits propositions and business cases for HR leadership
- Knowledge of the total reward landscape and where mobility and immigration support sits within it
- The ability to model the commercial framework for a benefits-as-a-service offering
- Relationships with employee benefits consultants, HR advisors, or total reward specialists
- Experience working across different employer segments, including both SMEs and large enterprises
- Commercial creativity in how you position and package a benefits proposition for different audiences
Employee benefits is a market where trust and familiarity drive purchasing decisions. Building that trust for a new kind of benefit is the core challenge of this role.

What to Expect
This is a part-time, equity-first engagement at the pre-seed stage. In practice that means:
- Building the commercial framework and positioning for eMigr8 Business as an employee benefit
- Designing the benefits packaging model, including tiered access and pricing structures
- Working with the sales and partnerships teams to open conversations with benefits consultants and HR advisors
- Creating the materials that help employers understand and justify the investment internally

- Feeding insights from the benefits market back into the product and proposition roadmap
This role is for a startup at a very early stage (pre-seed stage) and will start as a part-time equity role pending when the company meets fundraising or ARR metrics.
Where helpful, we may explore a short collaboration or onboarding period to ensure mutual fit but this is not a requirement for the right candidate.
