Role Description

The Corporate Broker will work across our Head Quarters in Leeds, and/or Halifax Office: managing and placing corporate insurance programs for a diverse portfolio of clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client risk profiles, preparing submissions, negotiating terms with insurers, and arranging appropriate coverage across multiple product lines. The role involves maintaining regular contact with clients, handling renewals and mid-term adjustments, and providing clear, professional advice on policy wording and coverage options. The Corporate Broker will collaborate with colleagues across broking, claims, and compliance to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Knowledge of commercial insurance market practices and dynamics
  • Multi-class specialisms ideal
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the insurance industry
  • An effective listener and an eloquent communicator
  • Acts with the highest integrity and professional standard
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask, work to tight deadlines, and prioritise workload
