Are you a genuine new-business hunter who knows how to open doors with Tier 1 organisations? If your strength is creating opportunities from scratch, getting in front of senior decision-makers and turning cold prospects into valuable commercial partnerships, this could be a role worth exploring.

We're working with a highly established international organisation operating across multiple countries and markets. They are now looking for a Corporate Business Development Manager to build and grow a global corporate partnership network.

🚫 This is NOT an account management role.
It's a pure new-business opportunity where you'll be expected to identify targets, build your own pipeline, prospect proactively and win new corporate partnerships.

🎯 What you'll be doing

  • Identify and target Tier 1 and enterprise organisations across priority markets
  • Build and own a high-quality new-business pipeline
  • Identify and engage senior decision-makers across HR, Global Mobility, Talent, Benefits and Relocation
  • Generate opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals and networking
  • Take prospects from cold outreach β†’ first meeting β†’ negotiation β†’ partnership
  • Secure new corporate and institutional partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to develop single-site relationships into multi-site and Group-wide agreements
  • Maintain excellent CRM and pipeline discipline
  • Re-engage high-potential opportunities that have stalled
  • Work with senior internal stakeholders to turn opportunities into successful partnerships
  • Use market intelligence and pipeline data to identify where the biggest opportunities lie

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Sector experience in areas such as education, international education, global mobility, relocation, employee benefits, professional services or other partnership-led B2B environments would be useful, but the quality of your new-business track record is more important.
