Scandinavian seating pioneers since 1945. And we’re only getting started.
Savo has spent decades pioneering office seating, combining research-led innovation, human-centric ergonomics and Scandinavian design.
We believe the work chair is one of the most important pieces of furniture in your working life — and that it deserves more than function alone.
That’s why our ambition is to combine research, human-centric ergonomics and a progressive approach to design to create seating that works better, feels better — and that people genuinely want to use.
Now we want to accelerate our growth in the UK — and we’re looking for someone with the drive, curiosity and commercial mindset to help us build what comes next.
About the role
You’ll build relationships with major UK and international end users, workplace and property teams, consultants, occupiers and other key decision-makers.
Your focus will be to identify strategic accounts, open doors, understand future workplace needs and turn relationships into meaningful commercial opportunities for Savo.
Working closely with reseller partners, the A&D community and the wider Savo team, you’ll help move opportunities from first conversation to specification, project and order.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong experience in business development, workplace, commercial interiors, furniture, property or a related sector
- An established network among corporate end users, workplace consultants, occupiers, property teams or other relevant decision-makers
- Experience developing strategic accounts and managing longer sales cycles
- Strong commercial judgement and pipeline management skills
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
- Genuine curiosity about workplace, design and changing customer needs
Relevant business or commercial education is an advantage, but proven experience, network and commercial ability matter more.
For the right person, this is a rare opportunity: the backing, heritage and product platform of an established Scandinavian manufacturer, combined with the freedom and influence of building a market almost from the ground up.
