Salary: £35,000 basic, with a realistic uncapped OTE of £61,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm - 45 hours per week
Location: Northampton
The opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Team based at Wollaston Motors in Northampton.
Representing BMW, MINI, Chery and INEOS, you will play an important role in developing our presence within the UK corporate fleet sector. You will build lasting relationships with local, regional and national businesses, fleet decision-makers and leasing companies, delivering tailored mobility solutions across our brand portfolio.
This is a commercially focused, relationship-led position. You will identify new business opportunities, win key corporate accounts and help organisations transition towards more efficient and electrified fleets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate customers, fleet managers, procurement professionals and other key decision-makers.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and strategic business development.
- Provide consultative advice on fleet strategy, company-car policies, funding options and electrification.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using corporate systems and CRM platforms.
- Develop effective partnerships with leasing companies and other fleet-industry contacts.
- Represent Wollaston Corporate at networking events, industry events and customer meetings.
- Achieve and exceed agreed fleet-sales and profitability targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Produce accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to support corporate sales planning.
- Ensure all activity meets corporate sales standards, FCA requirements and industry best practice.

About You
We are looking for a highly motivated, commercially driven professional with a passion for B2B relationship-building and fleet mobility.
You will be confident engaging with senior business decision-makers and able to translate complex fleet requirements into clear, tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in automotive fleet, corporate or B2B sales.
- Knowledge of Business Contract Hire, fleet-funding structures and leasing-company processes.
- A proven ability to generate new business and manage key accounts.
- Strong relationship-management, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and achieving commercial targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for delivering an exceptional premium customer experience.
- A full UK driving licence.
