At K3 Advisory Group, we are dedicated to fostering growth and excellence within our sales teams, and we are now seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Group Sales function.

If you are a proactive and motivated individual looking to make a significant impact in a leading professional services firm, we would love to hear from you. Our success is powered by our exceptional people, and we're now on the lookout for talented individuals to join our dynamic Sales Team based at our HQ in Bolton, however you could be located anywhere in the North West for this opportunity (Hybrid working is supported).

The Role

Our Corporate Business Sales Executives play a pivotal part in the success of our business. Your role will involve making outbound B2B calls, directly connecting with Accountancy practices. Your knack for building relationships and fostering rapport will shine as you discuss the K3 Capital Group’s commercial partnership opportunities and arrange meetings for the Group BDM sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate meaningful conversations with potential partners
  • Working from and updating our CRM system
  • Arranging appointments for the sales team once a potential partner expresses interest in taking the conversation further
  • Deliver top-notch service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an impeccable customer experience
  • Follow up previous leads and provide excellent service to our partners
  • Follow up contacts gained from events and an intensive marketing strategy

What we’re looking for:

  • Prior sales experience (Ideally B2B selling to professional services)
  • Able to build and develop excellent relationships with existing partners
  • You will be a strong 'closer' – knowing how to spot ‘buying signs’
  • Ability to use data and ensure sales records are up to date
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Enjoy working within a fast-paced sales driven environment
  • Self-motivated, professional and a team player
  • Last (but by no means least) you will have bags of energy, an enthusiastic approach and the desire to be the best!
