The Role
We have a unique opportunity to join our growing Corporate Commercial team in our Exeter, Taunton or Poundbury offices from Associate to Partner level. Our excellent team have a varied and interesting caseload with high quality clients. You will undertake fee-earning work on both corporate and commercial client matters, assisting with the current workload whilst playing a key role in developing and expanding the department’s client base. You will also assist with managing and developing the team, including assisting with effective supervision of and delegation to team members.

About You
Joining our reputable Corporate Commercial department, this role would best suit someone who is ambitious, proactive, and enthusiastic, with great interpersonal skills. You will have strong corporate experience (both transactional and general) and have good commercial contracts experience, including general contracts, supply, distribution and franchise agreements, and terms and conditions.
