Corporate Commercial Lawyer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with good UK experience to join a London law firm on a permanent, full-time basis.
The Role
The Corporate Commercial Lawyer will be dealing with a variety of clients such as SMEs, start-ups, corporate, international, and owner-managed businesses. You will be providing advice and guidance on a wide spectrum of issues ranging from:

The firm is looking for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer who has:

- A mix of Commercial and Corporate experience. This could have been gained at a UK Law firm, or in-house, or a combination of both.
- Background / training in a range of Corporate Commercial matters
- Strong commercial acumen
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- A good attention to detail
- Flexible
