About the Role
Could your commercial expertise help transform the lives of people living with a stoma?
We’re looking for a natural relationship builder who can spot opportunities, open doors and turn great ideas into sustainable income that makes a real difference.
1 in every 335 people in the UK lives with a stoma. At Colostomy UK, we’re here to make sure they don’t have to face it alone. Through our helpline, befriending services, support groups, information resources, wellbeing programmes and campaigning work, we help people live full and active lives.
Demand for our support continues to grow, and we have ambitious plans for the future. To achieve them, we need to diversify our income, build meaningful partnerships and make the most of the expertise, reach and opportunities we already have.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded Corporate & Commercial Partnerships Manager to help turn our new Income Generation Strategy into action. This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident securing new business, building relationships and turning opportunities into sustainable income.
The remit spans both traditional corporate fundraising and strategic partnerships, alongside commercial income opportunities. That could mean securing corporate donations or sponsorship, developing a strategic partnership, growing advertising income, or working with colleagues to package Colostomy UK’s expertise, content or services into viable commercial offers such as training or consultancy. Some opportunities already exist but have not yet been fully developed; others will need to be identified and tested. We are looking for someone who can spot potential, shape strong propositions, take them to market and build lasting relationships that deliver long-term value.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
