Corporate & Commercial 3PQE+ | Hybrid/office working
We are currently working with a law firm whose Corporate and Commercial department is ranked in the top tier for its region in the 2026 editions of Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500. They are looking for someone to join this high-performing team.
The team
The department advises owner-managed SMEs throughout their lifespan, from start-up to disposal. Every matter is partner-led. The team structure is flexible, so junior members get the right level of work and the support to develop. You'll also work alongside the firm's other specialist departments. The environment is open and welcoming and encourages teamwork.

The role
You'll advise clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
- Commercial agreements
- Supply agreements
- Intellectual property
- GDPR
You'll also contribute to larger transactions as part of a wider team, working with colleagues in commercial property and employment.
Day to day, you will:
- Take instructions from clients and keep them updated on their matters
- Advise clients on plans and progress
- Prepare and provide the relevant documents
- Keep client and matter files accurate and up to date
- Deal promptly with client queries, face to face or by phone
- Work in line with the firm's quality standards and departmental procedures
- Take an active part in business development to help the department grow

About you
- 3PQE+
- Knowledge of Corporate and/or Commercial matters
- Solid technical skills akin with PQE
- Client-focused approach
- Excellent communication skills
