About The Role

Corporate Commercial Solicitor sought for a full-time role in Shrewsbury, offering £45,000 to £55,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits. You will join an established team advising owner-managed firms, SMEs, and larger organisations across Shropshire. The caseload covers acquisitions, disposals, mergers, reorganisations, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures, delivering pragmatic counsel to a varied client base. Strong drafting, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are essential, alongside a solid grasp of corporate law. You will handle a broad and varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters, providing practical, commercially focused advice and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities will include advising on acquisitions, disposals, mergers, reorganisations, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.

You will also have the opportunity to draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, licensing, consultancy and trading agreements.

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with experience in Corporate & Commercial Law. Candidates at a variety of PQE levels will be considered, provided they can demonstrate strong technical ability, commercial awareness and excellent client-care skills.
