Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Bristol, GBP 65,000+ (DOE)

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused lawyer who enjoys working closely with businesses, getting to grips with their objectives and providing practical legal advice that supports their growth.

The Role

  • You will work with a diverse range of business clients, handling a broad mix of commercial matters and playing an important role in helping clients navigate their day-to-day legal requirements and longer-term projects.
  • You will be responsible for commercial contracts and agreements, terms and conditions, Technology, IT and e-commerce arrangements, Joint ventures and collaborative projects, Intellectual property and brand-related matters and Data protection.
  • You will have the opportunity to take ownership of matters while also benefiting from the experience and support of senior colleagues on more complex work.

Skills Required

  • Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
  • You will be comfortable dealing directly with clients, understanding their wider business objectives and translating legal advice into practical solutions.
  • You will also be someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is keen to contribute to the continued growth of the department.
  • Strong experience across a range of commercial matters.
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
  • A practical and commercially minded approach to legal advice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An interest in developing your own client network and contributing to business development.
