Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 per year (depending on experience).

The Role
You will join a busy, growing team where your expertise is valued and your career ambitions are supported. Reporting to the Head of Corporate and Commercial Department, you will handle a diverse caseload of commercial matters and develop your career in a firm that values innovation and flexibility. - Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Advising on terms and conditions, IT & e-commerce, and data protection
- Managing agency, manufacturing and supply agreements
- Handling collaboration and joint venture agreements
- Drafting and advising on software licenses and development agreements
- Working on franchise agreements
- Undertaking due diligence for a variety of clients
- Participating in business development and marketing activities
- Providing assistance with corporate transactions as required
- Taking on flexible “ad hoc” tasks as part of a team
What We're Looking For
- Qualified solicitor with ideally 4 years+ PQE in non-contentious commercial work
- Demonstrable experience with complex commercial and some corporate transactional matters
- Ideally holding relevant experience in IP and Trademark work
- Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills
- Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to embrace new challenges
- Excellent attention to detail and high professional standards
- Proven track record of excellent client care
- Enjoy collaborating and participating in business development activities

This role can be based at either Gloucester or North Bristol, with regular office attendance expected. Full-time hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:30pm, with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break). Part-time hours and hybrid working may be considered to support your work-life flexibility.
