Are you an experienced Senior Account Manager ready to step up, or an established Account Director looking for a role with greater ownership, senior client exposure and genuinely interesting corporate communications work?
I'm working with an exciting, independent corporate communications consultancy that is growing its London team and looking for an Account Director to join at an important stage of its growth.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join an entrepreneurial agency with an international. The team works with an incredibly varied client portfolio spanning corporate organisations, NGOs, government bodies, trade associations and purpose-led brands, across sectors including healthcare, fintech, humanitarian, utilities, consumer brands and professional services.
The work is far from one-dimensional. You'll be working across corporate campaigns, corporate reputation, executive profiling, media relations, and digital communications, giving you the opportunity to work on sophisticated communications challenges while continuing to develop your skillset.
The role
You'll take a leading role across a portfolio of around five client accounts, acting as a trusted adviser to clients and taking ownership of both strategic thinking and day-to-day delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
