Position Summary
The Corporate Communications team plays a critical role in helping colleagues and stakeholders understand Infineum's strategy, priorities, and achievements through clear, engaging, and impactful communications. In this role, you will partner with leaders and subject matter experts across the business to develop and deliver communication strategies, campaigns, and content that strengthen engagement, support business priorities, and protect Infineum's reputation. This role will translate complex topics into compelling stories, provide trusted communications advice, and ensure messages reach the right audiences through effective channels and experiences.
Key Responsibilities / What You'll Achieve
- Lead the planning and delivery of communication projects, campaigns, and initiatives that support business priorities, organisational change, and employee engagement.
- Develop audience-focused communication strategies and plans, providing advice on messaging, channels, timing, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
- Create high-quality communications across a range of formats and channels, translating complex business and technical information into clear, engaging, and impactful content.
- Manage communication channels and editorial calendars, ensuring content is delivered consistently, effectively, and in line with business objectives.
- Use audience insights, feedback, and communication metrics to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve communications outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders, providing trusted communications counsel and support for key initiatives.
- Ensure communications align with Infineum's brand, values, and governance requirements, supporting reputation management and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience developing and delivering communication plans, campaigns, or engagement initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, engaging, and impactful content across multiple communication channels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and build effective working relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate delivery activities, and work independently where required.
- Experience using digital communication channels and applying data or audience insights to improve communication effectiveness.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality communications.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools or a willingness to leverage new technologies to enhance communications outcomes.
Preferred
- Experience supporting organisational change, transformation, or employee engagement communications.
- Experience working in a corporate communications, internal communications, or public affairs environment.
- Knowledge of brand governance, reputation management, or issue communications.
- Experience managing content calendars, editorial planning, or multi-channel campaigns.
