About The Role

Our national practice works with large international listed and inbound businesses. You will work primarily on a complementary portfolio of Tax Accounting and Audit of Tax clients, with the opportunity to explore more general advisory projects.

Our Tax Accounting Services (TAS) team works nationally, assisting advisory clients with complex tax account preparation and provisioning amid growing deal activity and heightened regulatory focus. We serve a diverse client base, ranging from FTSE 100 companies and overseas-listed groups to UK mid-tier businesses across various industries. You will have the opportunity to contribute end-to-end, from client proposals through to technical delivery.

Our Audit of Tax Specialists (ATS) team sits at the intersection of tax technical expertise and audit quality. We lead and oversee the delivery of complex audits of tax for some of the UK's largest and most internationally diverse businesses. There are also opportunities to play to your strengths, be that in shaping best practice, driving technical training, or contributing to the strategic growth of the specialism within the firm.

We seek to attract the best people from a diverse talent pool and encourage a culture where people can be themselves and be valued for their strengths. With colleagues in over 10 offices nationwide, we offer flexibility on location.

We offer a clear career path through to Director, with a potential pathway to Partner, supported by strong investment in coaching and professional development at every level. This role offers particularly varied, challenging work and the opportunity to build an extensive network across specialist teams including Audit, Accounting Structuring, Corporate Reporting Services, Legal, and Valuations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
