The Role
We are looking for a highly qualified Corporate Counsel to join our legal team at CyberCube and help us to deliver the world’s leading cyber risk analytics. In this role, you will provide a variety of in-house legal services to a dynamic, multi-jurisdictional international team focused on delivering market-leading SaaS cyber analytics solutions and related consulting services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of contracts, including customer Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) agreements, professional services arrangements, strategic partner agreements, vendor contracts, confidentiality agreements, data licensing agreements, and other contracts relating to the operations of our business globally, with operations in the UK, Europe, and the US.
- Recognize that contracts are often the start of long and prosperous customer and partner engagements. You will act with pragmatism and develop strong interpersonal relationships with the senior leaders and representatives of counterparties while structuring win/win agreements.
- Assist CyberCube’s General Counsel in the preparation, implementation, and optimization of contract templates, processes, procedures, and other related organizational matters to facilitate CyberCube’s ability to scale efficiently.
- Assist our General Counsel in the provision of legal advice to the sales, marketing, and other business teams that simultaneously provides creative solutions to complex problems while maintaining CyberCube’s commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Assist our General Counsel on a variety of legal matters, including corporate governance, Human Resources, real estate, data privacy and governance, compliance, and equity compensation.

Qualifications
- Degree from a recognized law school and license to practice in the UK.
- 2+ years of post-qualified law firm and/or in-house legal work experience with a recognized technology company, with at least 1 year focused on negotiating of commercial SaaS agreements.
- Working proficiency with various privacy regulatory schemes, including without limitation UK and EU GDPR, along with those applicable to SaaS providers (e.g., DORA).
- Skilled at interacting effectively in a high customer satisfaction-focused environment.
- Ability to think strategically yet also ensure the appropriate level of details are captured and managed to ensure resiliency with changing business models, best practices, and laws globally.
- Excellent analytical, legal drafting, and communication skills, with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions, and to tailor communications based on intended audiences.
- A working proficiency with and understanding of the emerging regulatory schemes governing Artificial Intelligence (“AI”).
- A demonstrated ability to use AI tools efficiently and effectively to maximize production.
- Ability to independently track changes within and conform practices to developing and changing legal landscapes.
- Experience, ability to, and comfort with working with a geographically diverse team across multiple time zones.
- A sense of humor and perspective is essential.
- Detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills, and ability to independently manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously under a tight deadline.
- Understanding of how to partner and collaborate with sales & business development, marketing, data, and engineering colleagues in a fast-paced and changing environment with complex transactions and liability issues.
- Mature judgment and a high sense of integrity and professionalism who can both conceptualize strategically while providing practical advice that balances risks with the overall business objectives.
- Ability and flexibility to work with a geographically diverse team across multiple time zones.
- Highly self-motivated and able to operate both autonomously and in a close team environment.
