Join the RAC as a Corporate Customer Support Manager and play a key role in supporting one of the fastest-growing areas of our business.
Working within our Fleet & OEM team, you'll help deliver an outstanding experience for our partners by managing operational enquiries, resolving escalations, and building strong relationships across a range of stakeholders. From fleet operators and OEM partners to internal account management and service delivery teams, you'll be at the centre of ensuring issues are resolved effectively and customers remain informed every step of the way.
This is a newly created role that offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact. You'll help build and strengthen the operational support infrastructure behind our growing Service, Maintenance, and Repair (SMR) division, taking ownership of key processes while helping shape how we work in the future.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and keeping things moving. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, and seeing issues through to resolution in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Act as a key day-to-day contact for Fleet and OEM partners, supporting operational enquiries and service-related issues
- Manage escalations and complaints through to resolution, ensuring customers receive timely updates throughout
- Monitor shared inboxes and workflows, ensuring enquiries are tracked, managed, and resolved effectively
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to drive swift and positive customer outcomes
- Maintain escalation logs and reporting, identifying themes, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with Account Managers, Relationship Managers, and Service Delivery teams to support partner relationships
- Attend partner reviews and stakeholder meetings, contributing to discussions and helping drive actions forward
- Support reporting, data reconciliation, and invoicing activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Help develop processes, controls, and ways of working as the SMR business continues to grow
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, service delivery, and operational performance

What You'll Need
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, customers, or business partners
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience managing enquiries, escalations, complaints, or operational issues through to resolution
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering great service
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work at pace and make informed decisions when priorities change
- A proactive mindset, with the confidence to take ownership and drive outcomes
- Experience within automotive, fleet, OEM, service delivery, account management, or customer operations environments would be advantageous
- Knowledge of 1Link and Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial
Location & Salary
- Location: Role based at our Bescot, Walsall office in the Midlands. Flexible hybrid model.
- Salary: Starting from £28,200 + annual bonus, depending on experience
