Reporting to: Corporate Distribution Manager
We are a leading London based specialist mortgage brokers and employee benefit supplier, looking for a hard-working and detail orientated individual to join our expanding Corporate Services Team, looking after the employees of over 1200 of the leading UK corporations.
Purpose of Role
To support with the full lifecycle of corporate partnerships, from initial introduction and onboarding through to long-term account management and engagement. The role is responsible for supporting the wider team in fostering strong relationships with corporate partners, introducers and HR stakeholders, driving employee engagement, coordinating promotional activity and events, and ensuring successful delivery of services across a portfolio of corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management Support
- Manage a portfolio of corporate partners, building strong and trusted relationships with HR and key stakeholder contacts.
- Support with regular account review meetings, sharing insights and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and align services with organisational wellbeing objectives.
- Act as point of contact for client enquiries, service support and ongoing relationship management.
- Remain up to date with events, allocations, inbound queries and next actions.
Corporate Partnership Onboarding Support
- Assist in organising new corporate introductions from initial referral through to successful launch and implementation.
- Coordinate introductory requirements, general onboarding, booking site creation and launch planning.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing and other internal stakeholders to produce tailored promotional materials and campaigns where required.
- Support new partner pitches and contribute to the ongoing growth of the corporate partnership portfolio.
Stakeholder & Introducer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain effective relationships with introducer partners, consultants and corporate stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on referral progress, partnership activity and outcomes.
- Support the onboarding and ongoing engagement of introducer partners through presentations, training and service updates.

Events, Engagement & Communications
- Plan, coordinate and deliver benefit fairs, webinars, seminars, workshops and other employee engagement events.
- Liaise with CSMs, clients, advisers and internal departments to ensure events are effectively promoted and successfully delivered.
- Support the creation of educational and promotional content by sharing client insights, engagement trends and market developments.
Reporting, Data & Administration
- Support with ensuring records across launch pipelines, account management systems are up to date and accurate.
- Monitor event performance and engagement levels, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Monitor account performance, employee engagement, enquiry levels, client feedback and business outcomes, providing analysis and recommendations to both clients and internal teams.
- Develop and implement bespoke engagement plans, promotional strategies and employee initiatives to maximise utilisation and value.
General Team Support
- Provide operational and administrative support across the Corporate Services team.
- Assist with lead allocation, website and booking site updates, and service enhancement projects.
- Support colleagues with ad hoc initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of client experience, engagement processes and service delivery.
Key Outcomes & Success Measures
- Successful onboarding, launch and retention of corporate partnerships.
- High levels of client satisfaction, engagement and service utilisation.
- Strong relationships with corporate stakeholders and introducer partners.
- Effective delivery of events, campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
- Accurate reporting, administration and performance management across the corporate portfolio.
