Exciting EA Opportunity
Based in the London office of an innovative, high-growth corporate business. Located in the West End, you will be part of a small team, working 4 days per week on site with the opportunity to work remotely for one day per week. You will be providing exceptional, strategic EA support to the Chief Executive, COO, and other C-suite individuals.
The senior executives all have an impressive track record of establishing and growing successful businesses. This is a unique chance to work alongside an impressive, well-connected leadership team in an entrepreneurial, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing complex diaries and international travel arrangements
- Coordinating board meetings, investors meetings, and executive schedules
- Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Acting as a key liaison with investors, advisors, and other internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and administrative processes
- Supporting implementation of systems and processes that facilitate business growth and scalability
- Ensuring smooth-running of executive operations in a high-growth environment

About You
- Proven track record of providing first-class EA support to C-suite executives
- EA experience within international, fast-paced, corporate, investment, infrastructure, finance, or start-up environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- A personable, proactive approach. Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Teams, Zoom, Slack, and other business productivity platforms
- Able to easily commute to central London offices for four days per week with one day per week able to be worked remotely

Salary
£65,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience plus benefits
