Join Endometriosis South Coast as a Corporate & Femtech Partnerships Volunteer!

Help us expand our reach, build high-value corporate & Femtech pipelines, and fund vital support for those with endometriosis. Remote, 2–4 hrs/wk.

What difference will you make?

Here is how this role directly impacts the organisation

  • Expands Reach & Funding: Unlocks recurring financial and in-kind support by building strong relationships with workplace employers and health-tech brands.
  • Ensures Safe, Credible Growth: Protects the charity's reputation by vetting Femtech partners through strict data ethics and medical advisory standards.
  • Builds Lasting Infrastructure: Establishes repeatable tools and accurate CRM tracking, setting the partnerships function up for long-term, scalable success.

About the Role

Endometriosis South Coast (ESC) is an inclusive charity dedicated to supporting people along the South Coast who are navigating the diagnosis journey or living with endometriosis. We know that this condition can be isolating and often misunderstood — so everything we do is built around ensuring no one faces it alone. Through awareness campaigns, an active online community, monthly support meetings, and targeted fundraising, we work to make a genuine difference in the lives of those affected.

Our work is guided by four core commitments: spreading awareness of a debilitating and frequently overlooked condition; supporting and funding ongoing research; providing accessible education and peer support through our monthly community meetings; and fundraising to sustain and grow our services for the future.

Role Overview

The Corporate & Femtech Partnerships Volunteer drives ESC’s strategy by building pipelines for Corporate and Femtech partners to expand reach, credibility, and recurring support.

Working within the Partnerships Team alongside the MarComs Trustee, you will manage research through to CRM tracking. To navigate data ethics, new Femtech partnerships are reviewed by our Medical Advisory Panel. Your work will deliver at least two recurring strategic partnerships and repeatable tools.

Duties & Responsibilities

Longlisting & Research

  • Build and maintain a longlist of 5–10 prospective Femtech organisations (e.g. diagnostic tools, cycle tracking, period products, pain management devices, nutrition/hormone support), drawing on ESC's high-fit examples such as Dr Seaweed/Weed & Wonderful, WUKA/Nixit/Flux, and Hertility/Hormona/OVI.
  • Build and maintain a longlist of 5–10 prospective Corporate/Workplace organisations — particularly ESG-led employers with women's health priorities, and organisations focused on inclusive absence policies or manager/HR education.
  • Research each prospective partner against ESC's brand-aligned collaboration criteria: improves education, access or equity; respects lived experience; evidence-led and transparent; adds value to members, not just visibility.
  • Flag any gaps or new opportunities identified during research to the MarComs Trustee.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Assessment & Pitch Support

  • Support the 'Assess' stage of the partnership lifecycle — values alignment, evidence base, and risk — before a prospective partner is progressed.
  • Help prepare and tailor ESC's standardised partnership deck and case studies for specific prospective partners.
  • Draft briefing notes ahead of MarComs-led pitch conversations, summarising the prospective partner's fit, potential value, and any risks.

CRM & Pipeline Tracking

  • Log and maintain all prospective and active Corporate and Femtech partnerships in ESC's CRM (or agreed interim tracking system).
  • Track progress of each partnership through the lifecycle stages (Identify → Assess → Pitch → Convert → Activate → Review) and flag stalled opportunities.
  • Contribute to the annual KPI and renewal review cycle for partnerships in these categories.

Governance & Escalation

  • Escalate any first-time Femtech partnership, or any partnership raising data ethics or clinical content questions, to the MarComs Trustee for referral to the Medical Advisory Panel and Founder sign-off.
  • Declare any conflicts of interest promptly in line with ESC's Conflicts of Interest Policy.
  • Handle all personal and organisational data in full compliance with GDPR.
