Our Corporate Finance Team
Our Corporate Finance team is recognised for delivering high impact, award winning advisory services across the Midlands and beyond to a wide range of clients. With a strong track record of successful transactions, the team specialises in M&A, management buy outs, due diligence, and strategic planning.
Our growing presence in the market means we can offer a dynamic environment where junior talent can thrive and make a real difference. As Corporate Finance Analyst you will support the delivery of a wide range of corporate finance assignments, working closely with senior colleagues to assist clients throughout the transaction lifecycle. You will play a key part in conducting financial analysis and market research, preparing financial models and valuations, supporting due diligence projects, assisting with the preparation of information memorandums and management presentations.

Entry Requirements
- You must have a minimum of a year's experience working in audit or accounts within an accountancy practice.
- You must have began studying your AAT or ACCA qualification alongside gaining hands on experience.
- Minimum Grade 6 in Maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent.
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points or equivalent (Excluding General Studies).
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
