Corporate Finance Analysts | Data Centres & Digital Infrastructure | London
I have a number of exciting Corporate Finance opportunities on the horizon with high growth businesses operating across the UK data centre and digital infrastructure market.
This is a sector experiencing extraordinary levels of investment, consolidation and growth, with increasingly significant transactions taking place across M&A, JVs, strategic investment and new development.
I am particularly keen to connect with ambitious, analytically strong individuals at the earlier stages of their Corporate Finance careers who want genuine exposure to complex, large scale transactions and the opportunity to work closely with senior investment and leadership teams.
I would be interested in speaking with:
- Newly qualified ACA/CA candidates coming directly from Corporate Finance, M&A or Lead Advisory within the Big 4/5 or another recognised advisory firm
- Analysts with approximately 1–2 years' Investment Banking experience, ideally across Infrastructure, TMT, Energy, Real Assets or adjacent sectors
- Candidates who have gained exposure to data centres or wider digital infrastructure transactions would be particularly interesting

- Supporting strategic analysis across existing and future investments

For the right individuals, this is an opportunity to gain exceptional transaction exposure very early in your career, working on significant deals in one of the fastest growing and most capital intensive sectors globally.
An important note: for these particular opportunities, I unfortunately cannot consider candidates coming solely from Audit or Transaction Services / FDD. Direct Corporate Finance, M&A or Investment Banking deal experience is essential.
