What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop a sector-led corporate finance proposition built around your expertise, network and market credibility.
- Originate high-value M&A and broader advisory opportunities through senior corporate and investor relationships.
- Lead transactions from opportunity creation through execution, providing senior-level sector insight throughout.
- Collaborate across UK and international teams to convert relationships into opportunities across the wider advisory platform.
What You’ll Bring
- Significant corporate finance experience at Director, Managing Director or equivalent level.
- Deep expertise and an established senior network within a defined industry sector.
- A proven ability to originate meaningful opportunities and build long-term commercial relationships.
- The commercial judgement to identify client needs beyond M&A and introduce complementary advisory capabilities.
