Build Around Your Sector
Join an ambitious, internationally connected corporate finance platform looking to add senior sector expertise to its growing M&A capability. This opportunity is deliberately broad: the focus is less on a predetermined vertical and more on identifying an established mid-market M&A adviser who brings genuine sector credibility, relationships, and a new route to market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop M&A coverage within a sector where you already have strong market credibility and relationships.
- Originate mid-market M&A and wider advisory opportunities through relationships with business owners, management teams, private equity investors, and corporates.
- Lead M&A engagements from origination and senior client engagement through to execution.
- Build a sector proposition around your existing strengths and identify opportunities the business is not currently capturing.
- Collaborate with specialists nationally and internationally to convert relationships into opportunities across the wider advisory platform.

What You’ll Bring
- Strong UK mid-market corporate finance / M&A advisory experience at Director, Managing Director, or equivalent level.
- Deep expertise and established senior relationships within a clearly defined sector.
- A demonstrable ability to originate and win M&A mandates and generate meaningful fee income through your own relationships.
- A sector specialism that can add complementary coverage and create new routes to market.
- Commercial range to identify opportunities beyond M&A and connect clients with wider advisory capabilities.

Who This Suits
You’re an established mid-market corporate finance adviser with genuine depth in a sector and a network you know how to convert into mandates. You may already be an MD or Partner, or a high-performing Director ready to step up.
