Corporate / Finance / Funds Lawyers – Bermuda
Moving offshore won’t change everything.
At a firm of this calibre, the day job will still have its challenges. The work will be complex, the clients demanding, and the expectations high. You will need to be at the top of your professional game. Bermuda is a beautiful laid-back island, but it is also a global financial centre, and you will be joining one of the market leaders.
The team is busy and it is looking for lawyers with backgrounds in one of more of the following:
- Investment Funds
- Corporate (Public Companies)
- Partnerships
- Finance (Fund Finance/Structured Finance)
This is an opportunity for an ambitious lawyer who thrives on the cut and thrust of high-value cross-border work, but who, when they switch off, wants something different out of life.
You can expect an attractive low-tax salary and plenty of scope to quickly build your experience and your network. Opportunities for progression are good.

Requirements
- Overseas qualified lawyers must be admitted in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa).
- Likely to suit someone with 3-5 years’ PQE (minimum 3 years’ PQE required for work permit).
- Strong relevant experience in one or more of the above fields would be ideal but we are also keen to hear from general corporate/finance lawyers.
Package
- Low-tax salary (negotiable depending on experience).
- Comprehensive benefits and bonus.
- Relocation package (flights + temporary accommodation on arrival + expenses allowance).
Process
- Interviews will take place by videoconference.
- Start dates typically around 3-6 months later (depending on your notice period).
