We are partnering with a well-established, multi-service accountancy and professional services group with a strong regional presence across Yorkshire and Derbyshire and a growing Corporate Finance offering.

With over 220 employees across 11 offices, the organisation provides a comprehensive range of services including accountancy, financial services, wills and probate, commercial finance, residential mortgages, and corporate finance.

The business has a strong people-focused culture built around collaboration, client service, and doing the right thing for its people, clients, and communities. The Role

As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery and execution of corporate finance transactions and advisory engagements across the SME and lower mid-market.

Working with businesses typically ranging from £1m to £50m in enterprise value, you will take day-to-day responsibility for transactions including business sales and disposals, MBOs and MBIs, acquisitions, fundraising, and shareholder exits.

You will work closely with business owners and management teams, often supporting clients through significant and sometimes once-in-a-lifetime transactions. Alongside transaction execution, you will contribute to business development, relationship management, and the continued growth of the Corporate Finance team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
