Corporate Finance Manager – East Midlands

This is a rare chance to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Advisory firm that’s making real waves in the Midlands market.
Our client is a thriving national Corporate Finance house, and with strong growth in their East Midlands office, they’re on the lookout for a bright, ambitious Manager to help drive their expansion.
In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of exciting transactions – from MBOs and MBIs through to acquisitions, disposals, and strategic advisory work. You’ll have the opportunity to shape deals end-to-end: preparing businesses for sale, supporting PE-backed growth plans, researching and approaching buyers, assessing bids, and steering clients through legal and completion stages.

What we’re looking for:
- A qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) with several years’ post-qualified experience in a deals environment.
- A proven track record in Corporate Finance or another transaction-focused role.
- Strong technical and commercial skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Someone dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ready to make an impact.
