The successful candidate will work closely with ambitious business owners, entrepreneurs and investors, playing a key role in delivering high-profile transactions while supporting the continued growth of the corporate finance practice.

About You
- ACA, ACCA, CAI or equivalent qualified
- Previous corporate finance, transaction services or deal advisory experience
- Strong understanding of M&A transactions, valuations and financial analysis
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering advisory projects
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development

About Your New Role
Always
- Lead and manage corporate finance assignments including acquisitions, disposals, fundraising and valuation projects
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis, modelling and strategic advice to clients
- Manage transactions from initial engagement through to successful completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and key stakeholders
- Prepare and review reports, presentations and proposal documents
- Support and develop junior team members within the corporate finance team

Often
- Work alongside Partners on complex transactions and strategic advisory engagements
- Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and generate new business
- Conduct market research and sector analysis to support client assignments
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
Occasionally
- Support wider business development initiatives and networking activities
- Contribute to thought leadership and market-facing content
- Assist with strategic projects across the wider advisory team
Never
- Be restricted to purely technical work with no client interaction
- Base investment recommendations on a Magic 8 Ball.
