Corporate Finance / Lead Advisory Partner, Bristol
£120,000 to £160,000 base + significant bonus + long-term equity potential

An established advisory platform is building its Lead Advisory presence in Bristol and is looking for a Corporate Finance Partner to play a leading role in its growth across the South West.
This is not a cold start. You’ll have access to an established regional client base, strong professional relationships and a wider network of accountancy and advisory businesses capable of generating meaningful transaction opportunities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Originate and lead lower mid-market M&A mandates
- Advise founders, shareholders and management teams
- Build relationships across Bristol and the South West
- Convert internal and external referrals into transactions
- Help shape the regional Corporate Finance strategy
- Build and develop the local team as the practice grows
About You
The firm is looking for an established Partner, or someone already operating at that level, with a strong lower mid-market Corporate Finance background.
You’ll need a credible personal origination track record, strong relationships across the Bristol and South West market and the ability to lead transactions from initial conversation through to completion.
Experience across technology, software, healthcare, business services or professional services would be useful, although broader lower mid-market experience is equally relevant.
