🚀 Corporate Finance Partner

📍 Location: Henley on Thames / North London
💷 Salary: £120,000 - £160,000 + significant bonus + long-term equity potential

We're exclusively partnering with a highly respected independent corporate finance advisory firm that has built an outstanding reputation over more than three decades. As part of an ambitious growth strategy and long term succession plan, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Finance Partner to play a key role in its next phase of growth.

This is far more than a traditional Partner opportunity. It's your chance to join an entrepreneurial, collaborative business where you'll have genuine autonomy to build your own practice, influence strategy and ultimately become part of the firm's future leadership.

👤 About You

We're looking for an experienced corporate finance professional who enjoys originating opportunities just as much as delivering exceptional client outcomes.

You'll need to bring:

  • A proven track record of originating and completing UK mid-market transactions
  • Experience advising entrepreneurial and owner managed businesses
  • A strong network of business owners, introducers, private equity investors and lenders
  • Excellent commercial judgement and relationship building skills
  • The ability to lead transactions from origination through to completion
  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing others
