Corporate Finance Partner
£120k to £150k base + strong bonus/upside + potential equity
Most Corporate Finance build roles are just a target dressed up as an opportunity.
You are given a title, an empty office and a number to hit.
This isn’t that.
This opportunity comes with a credible lower mid-market platform, established execution resource and a realistic view of how long it takes to build properly.
This is a chance to build and lead a Manchester Corporate Finance business without having to build the platform beneath it.
You'll have:
- Control over the Manchester strategy
- Support from an established Midlands Corporate Finance team
- Junior and execution resource from day one
- Average deal values around £20m
- A strong national and international proposition
- Meaningful performance related upside
- Potential equity participation

This will suit someone who:
- Has credible lower mid-market CF experience
- Can originate work across Manchester and the North West
- Has led meaningful transactions, ideally in the £20m to £50m range
- Wants to shape and lead a new regional presence
- Is already operating at Partner level or is ready to step up
- Wants the freedom to build without taking on the risk of starting alone
