Role: Corporate Finance Partner
Salary: Competitive salary with uncapped earning potential
Location: Northampton, with travel to meet clients
Employment Type: Hybrid working flexibility, 3 days office based and 2 days from home
About the Role
The Accountancy & Finance Division at The ONE Group is recruiting for an ambitious Corporate Finance Partner to join a growing, high-performing finance team. With a client portfolio ready for you, this role would suit a commercially minded qualified accountant who is passionate about delivering results and keen to develop their experience across acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, management buy-ins and fundraising. You will work closely with experienced finance professionals and gain hands-on involvement throughout the deal lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage a range of corporate finance transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.
- Gain exposure to management buyouts, management buy-ins and client fundraising.
- Take part in initial client meetings and help structure potential transactions.
- Prepare financial models, business plans and supporting deal documentation.
- Work closely with clients across a variety of sectors, developing strong and trusted relationships.
- Manage multiple projects and transactions while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and client service.
- Collaborate with colleagues across both office locations throughout the deal process.
- Deliver high-quality work that meets client requirements and supports successful transaction outcomes.

Skills & Experience Required
- Qualified accountant with an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Previous experience working on acquisitions and disposals.
- Strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in corporate finance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Proactive, positive and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team.

You will work as part of a small and growing corporate finance team, with mentoring and support from experienced finance professionals. The position offers uncapped earning potential.
