Corporate Finance Partner £160k to £200k+ and bonus and Partner profit share
East Anglia has plenty of good businesses. What it has far fewer of are senior Corporate Finance seats worth moving for.
This is one of them.
You won’t be parachuted into Norwich with a title, a target and an empty desk. You’ll join an established regional practice with strong current workload, active mandates and a strong team already in place.
The opportunity exists because the practice needs greater senior capacity to lead key relationships, create room across the team and shape its next phase of growth.
The platform has credibility across business sales, acquisitions, PE investment, management buyouts and employee ownership. Nationally, it is one of the UK’s most active lower mid-market Corporate Finance businesses, with extensive buyer, investor and lender relationships, international reach and specialists across Debt Advisory, Financial Advisory and Restructuring.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The opportunity is to use that platform to win more of the East Anglia market.
- You’ll provide senior leadership, originate across Norfolk/East Anglia and lead the most important client relationships and transactions.
- You’ll have the freedom to build your own position, but with delivery resource, specialist capability and national relationships behind you.
