Corporate Finance Partner
£150-£200k plus bonus and wider Partner package
Edinburgh or Glasgow, with flexibility across Scotland
Build a Scottish Corporate Finance business, without starting from zero.
The client base, internal referrals and investment are already there. What is missing is the senior M&A adviser who can turn that opportunity into a leading Scottish team.
This sits within a growing, PE-backed national accountancy and advisory group. A substantial Scottish footprint and extensive SME client base provide the regional opportunity, while an established national Deal Advisory business provides the specialist support.
This Partner will lead the Scottish business. Further investment is planned around them, including senior execution capacity, origination support and internal talent moving into Corporate Finance.
The role
- Lead and shape the Corporate Finance offering across Scotland
- Convert opportunities from an established client and referral network
- Originate and lead sales, acquisitions, MBOs, PE investments and fundraising mandates
- Advise founders, management teams, corporates and investors
- Recruit and develop a high-quality Scottish team
- Work closely with the wider national Deal Advisory business
