Corporate Finance Partner – Birmingham
We are working with a highly regarded, growth-focused advisory firm looking to appoint an experienced M&A Partner to expand its presence in the West Midlands, based in Birmingham.
The Opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in growing the firm’s Corporate Finance offering in the region, leveraging an established brand, strong deal flow, and an existing network across the UK. The role offers significant autonomy, with the backing of a well-capitalised and collaborative national team.

- Lead and originate M&A transactions across the lower to mid-market (c.£10m–£150m deal values)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, and private equity houses
- Drive revenue growth and contribute to the strategic direction of the wider Corporate Finance team
- Mentor and develop junior team members, building a high-performing local team
- Work closely with other service lines to maximise cross-sell opportunities
The Candidate
- Proven track record of originating and delivering M&A transactions
- Strong network across the West Midlands deal community
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and scale a regional offering
- Currently operating at Director / Partner level within a Corporate Finance, Advisory, or Investment Banking environment
- Commercially astute, with excellent relationship-building skills
