Corporate Finance Associate Solicitor Cheltenham National Law Firm

A leading national law firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Corporate Finance Associate to join its highly regarded team in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong corporate lawyer to become part of a collaborative practice advising an impressive portfolio of businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and financial institutions on a broad range of high-value transactions.
The Role
Working alongside recognised Partners and experienced corporate lawyers, you will advise on all aspects of corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate restructures, shareholder arrangements and general corporate advisory work.
- You'll be involved in managing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Building lasting client relationships
- Supporting the continued growth of the team

The Candidate
Applications are invited from Corporate Solicitors with around 2-6 years PQE, although candidates outside this level with the right experience will also be considered. You will possess strong technical skills, excellent commercial awareness and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team delivering practical, solutions-focused advice.
