The Role: Reporting to the Partners, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering corporate finance and M&A advisory assignments for entrepreneurial and privately owned businesses.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate finance professional looking to gain greater responsibility and client exposure within a collaborative boutique advisory firm.

About the Role:
- Lead and support M&A transactions from origination through to completion
- Prepare financial models, valuations, and transaction materials
- Manage financial analysis and due diligence processes
- Build relationships with clients, management teams, and advisers
- Support acquisitions, disposals, strategic reviews, and fundraising assignments
- Prepare client presentations and investment materials
- Work closely with senior leadership on live transactions
- Contribute to business development and origination activities

Your Experience
- Previous experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Investment Banking, or Valuations
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Experience supporting or leading M&A transactions
- Excellent analytical and commercial abilities
- ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred
