Job Description:
EFP have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and motivated full-time Fitness Manager for a Corporate Fitness Centre in York. The role is 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality small group fitness classes
- Provide exceptional customer care, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety and cleanliness across the facilities.
- Personal Training Sessions (additional service offered to members)
- Small amount of admin required
- Run health events around the site
- Create marketing plans

Qualifications and Skills:
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification (essential)
- Level 3 Personal Training Qualification (desirable)
- Management skills & experience.
- A current First Aid certificate.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, motivating fitness classes.
- Strong work ethic and accountability.
- Attention to detail.
- A proactive, positive, and enthusiastic approach to work
- Excellent timekeeping and reliability
- Strong communication skills and able to engage professionally with our members
- Ability to uphold a high standard of service at all times

Eligibility:
