Corporate Fitness and Wellbeing Advisor / Personal Trainer
Feltham | Corporate Fitness | Permanent | Full time £27,248 FTE Salary | 40 hours per week (Shift Work - Earlies: 7am start & Lates: 6 pm finish)

As a Corporate Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor at our Corporate club in Feltham, you’ll have a background in corporate or commercial fitness, knowledge of different training methods and class deliveries and you’ll be highly motivated with the communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach these circuit-based classes, perform fitness assessments and deliver great training to all our gym members.

As a Corporate Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor (Personal Trainer), you will:
- Be responsible for fitness floor supervision, wellbeing plans and exercise programmes, delivering PT sessions.
- Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes, from Spin to Bootcamps and LBT's.
- Promote and carry out Personal Best, a health assessment that empowers members to work towards manageable personal goals.
- Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities.
- Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice.
- Deputise for the Programme Manager and use your own initiative to help deliver a great experience.
