Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a proactive and customer-focused Floor Concierge to join our new team based at the brand-new offices of a law firm in the city. Acting as the first point of contact for workplace support, you will help colleagues adapt to agile working, ensure the effective use of office space, and coordinate services across IT, Facilities, AV, Security, Housekeeping and other Business Services teams.

This is a highly visible role where you will build strong relationships across the business, resolve workplace issues, and deliver an outstanding employee experience with minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Workplace & Facilities

  • Support desk and meeting space bookings.
  • Promote agile working and best practice use of office space.
  • Monitor compliance with the Clear Desk Policy.
  • Conduct floor audits and report building or facilities issues.
  • Assist with workspace moves, storage solutions and workplace technology queries.
  • Act as a Health & Safety champion for the floor.

Service & Stakeholder Support

  • Deliver a high-quality workplace experience for all colleagues.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for workplace advice and support.
  • Capture and respond to user feedback to improve services.
  • Build strong relationships with Partners, fee earners and business teams.
  • Coordinate support from IT, Facilities and other operational teams.

Operational Coordination

  • Support the adoption of new technologies and working practices.
  • Liaise with IT to ensure equipment is deployed and functioning correctly.
  • Assist with workplace technology pilots and office improvement initiatives.
  • Help identify and coordinate user training requirements.

Hours

  • 40 hours per week, varying shifts between 7am-7pm, Mon-Fri.

Salary

  • £35,500 per annum

Please note that positions will be offered on either 12-month or 6-month fixed term contracts.
