Corporate Fundraising Manager

Are you an ambitious corporate fundraiser with a talent for building meaningful relationships and winning new business?

At Meningitis Now, we're looking for a passionate and proactive Corporate Fundraising Manager to help drive sustainable income growth through high-value corporate partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in securing the support that enables us to deliver life-changing services, fund vital research, raise awareness of meningitis, and be there for people and families when they need us most.

We are looking for someone to work between 28 to 35 hours per week for a minimum of 2 days per week from our office in Stroud. The role will require some planned travel to face-to-face meetings with existing and prospective corporate partners.

About the Job

Corporate partnerships play a pivotal role in helping Meningitis Now work towards a future where no one in the UK loses their life to meningitis or is left to face its impact alone. Income generated through these partnerships helps fund practical and emotional support for people affected by meningitis, awareness campaigns that improve understanding of the disease, and research that contributes to better prevention, diagnosis and treatment.

As Corporate Fundraising Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of our corporate fundraising strategy, with a strong focus on identifying, securing and growing new corporate partnerships. You'll work with businesses of all sizes, creating compelling opportunities for organisations to support our mission while delivering meaningful engagement and impact for their employees, customers and stakeholders.

Alongside driving new business, you'll manage a portfolio of key partnerships and lead our Corporate Fundraising team to ensure every supporter receives an exceptional experience, helping build long-term relationships that maximise impact for years to come. Ultimately, you will play a critical role in growing sustainable income that enables Meningitis Now to continue changing lives today while working towards a future free from the impact of meningitis.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on fundraising, relationship building and business development in a role where their work makes a genuine and lasting difference.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and growing income from corporate partnerships, helping Meningitis Now achieve its fundraising ambitions and strategic objectives.

You'll lead on the acquisition of new corporate supporters, developing a strong pipeline of opportunities through research, networking, referrals and proactive prospecting. Using your excellent communication and influencing skills, you'll create compelling proposals, deliver engaging presentations and secure partnerships that align with both a company's objectives and Meningitis Now's mission.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
