Are you a UK-qualified Corporate / M&A lawyer in London considering your next career move? We are working with a leading offshore law firm in Grand Cayman that is looking to hire a Corporate / Funds Associate at approximately 6 years' PQE.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer currently working in a City of London or leading national UK firm to take their experience offshore and work on sophisticated, international transactions while enjoying the lifestyle that Grand Cayman has to offer.

- Around 5β8 years' PQE
- Current or previous UK qualification
- Strong Corporate / M&A experience
- Experience from a leading national UK firm or City practice
- Exposure to complex, cross-border transactions
- Strong technical, drafting and client-management skills
- An interest in developing a long-term offshore career
Investment Funds experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
