Requirements of the role

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is seeking a Corporate Governance Assistant to provide high-quality governance and organisational support to our Executive Team and Company Secretariat function.

This is a key governance role supporting the effective operation of the Executive Team, Board and Committees. Working at the centre of the organisation’s governance framework, you’ll help ensure that governance processes are delivered to a high standard, decision-making is well supported, and governance information is effectively managed.

Working closely with senior leaders, Board and Committee members, and colleagues across the SRA, you’ll coordinate governance activities, support the preparation and management of governance documentation, maintain governance records and contribute to the delivery of effective governance processes and systems.
