Graduate Paralegal Job (Corporate Commercial)

Wigan - Agile Working - 35 Hours per Week

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of corporate transactions and commercial matters whilst developing the skills, knowledge and experience needed to build a successful legal career.

Supported Qualification Routes

About The Role

You’ll work closely with solicitors who specialise in all types of Commercial work but particularly alongside Louise Hebborn, Partner and Head of Department on fast paced corporate transactions and commercial contract drafting.

You'll have:

Essential

  • A Law Degree or relevant legal work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A general good standard of education
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team

Desirable

  • LPC qualification
  • Commercial law work experience
