About the role
We’re looking for a Corporate Immigration Solicitor with around 3–8 years’ PQE to join our Immigration team.
The role will have a strong focus on corporate and business immigration, advising businesses, entrepreneurs and internationally mobile individuals on UK immigration matters.
You’ll work directly with clients, manage your own matters and develop strong long-term relationships with businesses and individuals whose lives and work cross borders.
This is also an opportunity to join the team at an important stage of its growth. You’ll have scope to develop your own profile, contribute ideas and have a genuine influence on how our Immigration practice develops over the coming years.

Experience in personal immigration would be an advantage, although the principal focus of the role will be corporate immigration.
This role is for you if:
- You’re a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with approximately 3–8 years’ PQE
- You have solid hands-on experience in corporate/business immigration
- You’re confident dealing directly with clients and enjoy a client-facing role
- You can manage matters independently while knowing when to seek support
- You’re commercially minded and interested in understanding both the legal issue and what the client is trying to achieve
- You’re proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- You’re interested in developing professional relationships and building your network
- You value flexibility, wellbeing and culture alongside professional development

An existing client following is not required. However, evidence that you have started developing your own professional network, building relationships or becoming involved in business development would be a definite advantage.
Experience of personal immigration work would also be beneficial.
